Question 1

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Startups and founders, SMBs, professionals and creators who want to build or grow their digital presence. We work remotely with clients around the world.

Question 2

How does a project with AC Digital start?

Accepted Answer

With a free 30-minute discovery call. We listen to your goals, timeline and budget, then send you a clear proposal with phases, deliverables and costs. If it works for you, we kick off.

Question 3

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project has a project lead who coordinates the team and updates you every week. You always have a real person to talk to, not a ticket.

Question 4

Can I hire you for just part of a project?

Accepted Answer

Of course. You can choose a single service or combine several. We’re also happy to work alongside your in-house team or other vendors.

Question 5

Do you work remotely?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most projects run remotely, with calls, shared documents and transparent project management tools. When it makes sense, we organize in-person workshops and production days.

Question 6

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your goals and the project’s complexity. Every service shows a starting price, and the configurator gives you an estimate in minutes. After the discovery call, you receive a detailed quote with no surprises.

Question 7

How long does it take to build a website or an app?

Accepted Answer

A business website typically takes 4–8 weeks, an e-commerce store 6–12, and an app MVP 10–16. We give you a precise timeline before we start, and we stick to it.

Question 8

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

For projects, we typically ask for a deposit at kickoff, with the balance tied to completed phases. Ongoing services, such as social media or advertising, are billed as a monthly fee.

Question 9

Is the ad budget included in the price?

Accepted Answer

No. Campaign budgets are paid directly to the platforms and always remain under your control. Our fee covers strategy, creative, management and optimization.

Question 10

Is there a minimum commitment for monthly services?

Accepted Answer

We recommend at least 3 months to see concrete results. After the initial period, you can continue month to month with 30 days’ notice.

Question 11

What technologies do you use?

Accepted Answer

We choose the technology to fit the project, not the other way around. We work with Next.js, React, React Native, Flutter, Shopify, WooCommerce and the leading headless CMSs, among others.

Question 12

Will I own the website or app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the code, design and content are yours. We hand over access, documentation and everything you need to be fully independent.

Question 13

Will I be able to update the content myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We set up a simple admin panel and train you to use it. You can edit text, images and products without writing a single line of code.

Question 14

Can you improve an existing website or store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start with an audit of performance, user experience and conversions. Then we tell you honestly whether it makes more sense to optimize what you have or to rebuild.

Question 15

What happens after go-live?

Accepted Answer

We monitor the project closely in the weeks following launch and fix any issues at no extra cost. Then you can choose a maintenance or growth plan.

Question 16

Do you offer maintenance and support?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with monthly plans that include updates, backups, security, monitoring and a bank of hours for small changes. We respond to urgent requests the same day.

Question 17

How do you measure results?

Accepted Answer

We define goals and metrics together from the start. You receive clear, regular reports, an always-on dashboard and guidance on next steps.

Question 18

Can you support our growth, too?

Accepted Answer

It’s what we do best. After launch, we can take care of SEO, advertising, social media, email marketing and continuous improvement, with a single team that already knows your project inside out.
