What is Instagram and TikTok Shielding?
Shielding is AC Digital’s account protection service. It safeguards Instagram and TikTok accounts against bans they didn’t bring on themselves: wrongful automated blocks, waves of coordinated reports, reporting bots and targeted attacks by competitors or bad actors.
Our legal and technical team adds your profile to a protection whitelist, in collaboration with Meta, and keeps watch over it. If the account is still restricted or disabled, we immediately start the unban process: one intervention is included every month, two for special bans.
Shielding is not a way to get around the rules. If an account genuinely violates Meta’s or TikTok’s guidelines, the protection does not apply. It’s built for creators, brands, businesses and public figures who can’t afford to lose their profile to an error or an attack.
