The challenge
We rebuilt a direct-to-consumer furniture brand’s store from the ground up. Faster, clearer and designed to sell on mobile.
The catalog was growing, but the old store was slow and confusing. 78% of traffic came from mobile, where checkout lost almost every cart. Campaigns drove visits that never turned into orders.

The solution
La soluzione
We started with the data: session analysis, interviews with twelve customers and a complete map of every drop-off point. We redesigned the experience mobile-first, with product pages that show materials, dimensions and delivery times without any scrolling.
We rebuilt the store on a headless Shopify architecture. Pages load in under a second, the fabric configurator works in real time and checkout takes just two steps.
In parallel, we restructured the Meta and Google campaigns around the most profitable collections, with fresh creative and server-side tracking that finally measures every sale.
